Role overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Operations Manager to support the CEO and ensure smooth execution of leadership priorities. This role goes beyond traditional executive assistance and combines executive coordination, business operations, communication, governance, and follow-through.

Key responsibilities

Manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, travel, and stakeholder engagements.
Coordinate leadership meetings, reviews, and business planning sessions.
Track decisions, action items, and organizational commitments.
Prepare meeting agendas, briefing material, presentations, and reports.
Support executive communications and leadership correspondence.
Drive accountability by ensuring timely follow-up across functions.
Maintain confidentiality while working closely with senior leadership.

Qualifications and skills

Strong planning and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
Comfort working with senior leaders and managing competing priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and AI productivity tools.

Experience: 3 – 5 years
