Job Description:
We are looking for an Academic Mentor who can support and guide students during their learning journey. The candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for helping students grow academically and professionally.
Responsibilities:
* Guide and support students throughout the course.
* Monitor student attendance and progress.
* Conduct mentoring and follow-up sessions.
* Help students clear doubts and stay motivated.
* Coordinate with trainers regarding student performance.
* Maintain student records and reports.
* Handle student concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Ability to handle students professionally.
* Experience in mentoring, teaching, or counseling is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
