CRO Specialist - (Conversion Rate Optimization)

Roles & Responsibilities -
Funnel Analysis
Map the full user journey: Paid Ads → Landing Pages → PDP → Cart → Checkout
Identify friction and drop-off points at every stage
Use GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar, and Clarity to diagnose root causes.
Experimentation & A/B Testing
Build and manage a structured experimentation roadmap
Run A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, PDPs, and checkout flows
Track statistical significance and measure business impact
Landing Page & PDP Optimisation
Improve headlines, messaging, visual hierarchy, and trust signals
Align landing pages with acquisition channels (Meta, Google, etc.)
Checkout Optimisation
Reduce cart abandonment and improve checkout UX
Optimise form fields, payment flows, COD vs prepaid behaviour, and urgency elements.
Reporting & Collaboration
Build dashboards for funnel tracking and performance monitoring.
Work cross-functionally with Performance Marketing, Design, Tech, and Retention teams.
Required Skills
- 3–6 years in CRO, Growth, or Performance Marketing
- Proven track record of improving conversion metrics measurably
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology and online decision-making
- Hands-on with A/B testing tools: VWO, Optimizely or similar
- Proficient in GA4 and Mixpanel
- Experience with Hotjar or Clarity for behaviour tracking
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
