Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating user-centric designs, developing wireframes and prototypes, gathering user feedback, and delivering high-quality design solutions. This individual should be comfortable building sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and execute projects based on business and user requirements.
Experience
2–3 Years of relevant experience in UI/UX Design
Roles & Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how websites and applications function and appear.
- Create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces.
- Possess good knowledge of content creation, smart research, and proofreading.
- Design user interfaces using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design platforms.
- Create user manuals and product documentation where required.
- Develop design solutions for web and mobile platforms.
- Establish and maintain consistent brand guidelines and creative standards.
- Communicate design ideas effectively with project managers and stakeholders through mockups, presentations, and design systems.
- Collect feedback from stakeholders and refine designs based on project requirements.
- Build sitemaps, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to define product structure and user journeys.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies.
Skills Required
- 2–3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or other prototyping and design tools.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design systems.
- Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Team player with strong collaboration abilities.
- Creative, innovative, and problem-solving mindset.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design concepts is an added advantage.
