Role Description
Green Techno Solutions is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales and Billing Coordinator to support lead generation, customer engagement, sales administration, and billing operations. The role combines cold calling, sales coordination, customer follow-up, and GST billing using Tally Prime.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Customer Engagement
- Conduct cold calls to prospective industrial customers.
- Identify decision-makers and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Generate and qualify leads through phone calls and other business outreach activities
- Maintain customer databases and follow-up records.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and customer inquiries.
Sales Coordination
- Assist the Sales Head in preparing quotations and proposals.
- Follow up on quotations and update sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and documentation.
- Maintain customer and sales records in the company's customer management system.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
Billing (Tally)
- Generate GST-compliant invoices in Tally Prime.
- Prepare Proforma Invoices, Tax Invoices, Delivery Challans, and related documents.
- Record customer payments and maintain billing records.
- Track outstanding payments and support collection follow-ups.
- Coordinate with accounts for reconciliations and statutory documentation.
Reporting
- Maintain sales pipeline and follow-up trackers.
- Prepare weekly lead generation reports and monthly sales/billing MIS reports.
Qualifications
- B.Com, BBA, MBA, or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, telecalling, customer support, or billing.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and GST invoicing. (Training will be provided)
- Proficiency in spreadsheet, document management, and customer management software.
Desired Skills
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
- Confidence in cold calling and customer interaction.
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Good organizational and documentation abilities.
- Experience in industrial products, electrical products, energy-efficiency solutions, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
Salary: ₹15,000/month + Attractive additional sales Incentives on any leads generated
(No sales Target)
⏰ Working Hours: 09: 30 AM – 5:30 PM (Mon–Sat)
All 2nd Saturdays- Half Day
Other Saturdays – 10: AM to 4: 00 PM
