The Territory Sales Officer (TSO) is responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market presence within an assigned territory. This role involves achieving sales targets, managing distributors/retailers, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
- Market Development
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in the territory.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and gather insights.
- Channel Management
- Manage distributor operations including stock, credit, and claims.
- Support retailers with promotions, schemes, and merchandising.
- Execution Excellence
- Implement sales campaigns, trade promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and pricing strategies.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
- Track performance metrics and suggest corrective actions.
Qualifications & Skills
- B.Com/MBA/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 0-2 years of experience in Sales(Building material)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
Salary: CTC 23,000+ Travelling Allowance + Mobile Allowance
DA + PF+ ESIC + Accidental Insurance
Two wheeler is mandatory.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
