Role Summary
The candidate will be responsible for managing daily transport operations, vehicle tracking, load sourcing, and coordination with transporters to ensure smooth and timely execution of trips.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily update of vehicle status (owned + hired vehicles) in the system/group before 11 AM
- Regular market calls to transporters and brokers for load sourcing
- Identify and follow up on potential leads and convert them into confirmed trips
- Coordinate complete trip flow: loading → transit → unloading → POD collection
- Ensure timely POD submission.
- Maintain strong coordination with drivers, transporters, and clients
- Build and expand transporter & vehicle owner network
- Maintain and update contact database regularly
- Ensure smooth communication and quick problem-solving during transit
Skills Required
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and pressure
- Basic Excel / reporting knowledge
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
