Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Create detailed BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Functional Specifications.

Translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.

Own and manage the product backlog while working closely with Product Owners and Engineering teams.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospectives, Backlog Grooming, Stand-ups, and Sprint Wrap-ups.

Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, Design, and Business stakeholders.

Conduct client workshops, requirement discussions, product demonstrations, and UAT sessions.

Manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring complete traceability.

Work closely with QA teams for functional validation, defect triaging, prioritization, and resolution.

Plan and coordinate product releases, deployment activities, and release version management.
-
Create and manage release versions in JIRA for effective planning and prioritization.
-
Monitor sprint progress, identify delivery risks, and proactively drive timely project execution.

Ensure solutions align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and customer expectations.

3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.
-
Experience working in Healthcare and/or Payment domains.
-
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile Scrum methodologies.
-
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Slack.
-
Strong expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning.

Excellent experience writing BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Functional Documentation.

Experience coordinating directly with clients and managing end-to-end requirement lifecycles.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring timely project delivery.

Technical background (Engineering/Computer Science preferred).

Experience working with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to improve productivity and documentation.

Knowledge of Release Planning, Deployment Management, and Version Management.

Understanding of API-based applications and system integrations.

Experience with bug lifecycle management and defect prioritization.

Scrum Master Certification (CSM/PSM) is an added advantage.

Experience working with distributed or cross-functional product teams.
