Video Editor
We are looking for a creative and fast-paced Video Editor to create engaging short-form and long-form video content for social media, performance marketing campaigns, branding, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, trend awareness, and understanding of high-engagement content formats suitable for a D2C/FMCG brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit high-quality reels, short videos, ad creatives, and promotional content for social media and performance campaigns• Create engaging Instagram Reels, Meta ad videos, YouTube Shorts, and branding videos• Work closely with content, social media, performance, and creative teams for video execution• Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, effects, sound design, and trend-based edits• Ensure timely delivery of creatives with strong attention to visual quality and brand consistency• Manage raw footage, project files, and content organization efficiently• Support shoot execution and content planning whenever required• Understand social media trends and adapt editing styles accordingly• Create performance-focused edits optimized for engagement and conversions• Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams for integrated campaign execution
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools• Good understanding of social media trends, reels format, and performance creatives• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, transitions, and audience engagement• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with quick turnaround timelines• Good communication and coordination skills• Strong portfolio showcasing reels, ads, and social media edits
Mandatory Requirement:
- Candidate must have their own laptop for work purposes
Preferred:
- Prior experience in D2C, FMCG, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands preferred• Basic understanding of shoot execution, camera angles, and content planning preferred• Experience editing Meta Ads and performance marketing creatives preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
