About the Role
FABMAX is adopting ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage all ISO documentation, coordinate with departments, and ensure successful certification and audits. The candidate will play a key role in establishing compliance processes within our fabrication industry operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and update all ISO 9001:2015 documentation.
- Coordinate with each department to ensure compliance and timely submission of records.
- Handle vendor documentation and ensure supplier compliance with ISO requirements.
- Lead internal audits and prepare the organization for external ISO audits.
- Represent the company during ISO audits and respond to auditor queries.
- Train and guide staff on ISO procedures and documentation practices.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering or Quality Management.
- 3–7 years of experience in ISO documentation and audits (fabrication industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and audit procedures.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and vendors.
- Detail‑oriented with focus on compliance and audit readiness.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in heavy fabrication, steel structures, gratings, railings, and industrial fabrication.
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes, vendor approvals, and compliance documentation.
- Ability to face auditors confidently and ensure smooth audit closure.
