Key Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of apartment facility operations.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in manpower handling and vendor coordination.
- Knowledge of MEP systems, fire safety, and facility management practices.
- Maintain good relationships with apartment residents and owners.
- Receive and resolve customer complaints, requests, and service issues promptly.
