We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Lab Technician and Home Collection Executive to perform routine laboratory tests ,procedures and collect samples from patients at their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sample Collection: Perform safe, hygienic blood, urine, or swab collection using proper phlebotomy techniques.
- Packaging and Transport: Label specimens, secure them in biohazard temperature-controlled bags, and transport them to the laboratory.
- Documentation: Verify patient details and update collection statuses via mobile lab applications.
- Patient Care: Ensure patient comfort and maintain a professional, empathetic manner while answering pre-test questions (like fasting requirements)Collect, label, and analyze samples (blood, urine, etc.) as per standard protocols.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Record and maintain accurate test results and reports.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterility of workstations.
- Assist in quality control and quality assurance activities.
- Visit patients' homes as per scheduled appointments.
- Collect blood and other biological samples with proper hygiene and technique.
- Ensure samples are correctly labeled and transported safely to the lab.
- Maintain a courteous and professional attitude with patients.
- Handle paperwork and billing if required.
- Adhere to infection control and safety procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
