We are looking for enthusiastic Engineering Graduates who are passionate about teaching, technology, and working with students.
Job Description
As a STEM Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting engaging and interactive STEM classes for students from Grade 3 to Grade 12 in various schools. You will help students learn through hands-on activities, experiments, robotics projects, and innovation challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct STEM, Robotics, Electronics, Coding, and Innovation classes in schools.
- Deliver age-appropriate lessons for students from Grades 3–12.
- Demonstrate and guide students through hands-on projects and experiments.
- Encourage creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking among students.
- Manage classroom activities and maintain student engagement.
- Assist in organizing STEM exhibitions, competitions, and workshops.
- Maintain STEM kits, equipment, and training materials.
- Travel to partner schools as required.
- Submit class reports and student progress updates.
Eligibility
- B.E. / B.Tech graduates (All Branches Eligible)
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Basic knowledge of robotics, electronics, programming, or STEM concepts is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to schools.
- Ability to interact confidently with students, teachers, and school management.
Preferred Skills
- Arduino, Robotics, Electronics, or Programming knowledge.
- Public speaking and classroom management skills.
- Experience conducting workshops, seminars, or training sessions.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for STEM education.

Salary
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on skills, communication, and experience)
