About the Role
We’re looking for a licensed Real Estate Broker to lead transactions, build client relationships, and drive growth across residential and/or commercial real estate. This role is ideal for a self-driven professional with strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and a client-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in real estate transactions
- Source new listings through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Conduct property valuations and market analysis
- Market properties using online platforms, listings, and broker networks
- Negotiate purchase, sale, and lease agreements to maximize value for clients
- Manage transactions from listing to closing, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Stay current on market trends, regulations, and competitive activity
- Collaborate with agents, developers, attorneys, lenders, and inspectors
Requirements
- Active Real Estate Broker license
- 2+ years of real estate sales or brokerage experience
- Proven track record of closing transactions
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of local real estate markets
- Ability to source leads independently and manage a pipeline
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing or mentoring agents
- Commercial real estate experience
- Existing book of business

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
