Key Responsibilities
- Process mutual fund transactions: purchase, redemption, SIP, STP, SWP
- Verify and reconcile client investment data with AMCs and registrars
- Coordinate with AMCs and registrars like CAMS and KFintech
- Prepare and submit forms and compliance documents
- Generate MIS reports and identify discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with SEBI and AMFI guidelines
- Support advisory and client servicing teams
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in mutual fund operations or financial services
- Graduate (Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with CAMS/KFintech platforms is an advantage
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in reconciliation and MIS reporting
- Ability to use automation or AI tools to improve workflows
- Knowledge of mutual fund compliance and documentation
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
