Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO strategies.
- Perform advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and content planning.
- Manage and optimize Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Handle Google Business Profile (GBP/GMB) optimization for multiple locations.
- Improve website rankings, organic traffic, and overall website performance.
- Implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers for implementation.
- Monitor website health, Core Web Vitals, indexing, and crawl issues.
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with Google's latest algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
- Guide junior team members and contribute to overall digital marketing strategy.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, and Local SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Google Business Profile.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Ubersuggest, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of WordPress, schema markup, and website optimization.
- Knowledge of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple SEO projects.
