Transcom is hiring Canadian French Language Specialists to provide bilingual customer support to international customers.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide excellent customer support in English & Canadian French.
Resolve customer concerns while maintaining service quality.
Update CRM and maintain accurate documentation.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Eligibility C1 Level proficiency in Canadian French (Mandatory)
Minimum 6 months of Customer Support experience
Excellent communication and customer handling skills
