Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and creative Content Creator who understands social media trends and enjoys storytelling. The ideal candidate will create engaging content for Instagram and YouTube that informs, inspires, and connects with audiences interested in Bihar's growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Research trending news and stories related to Bihar.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube videos.
- Visit locations across Bihar to capture videos and interviews.
- Write compelling scripts, captions, and video hooks.
- Shoot and edit high-quality videos using mobile or camera equipment.
- Stay updated with Instagram and YouTube trends, viral formats, and algorithms.
- Plan and execute a weekly content calendar.
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and the marketing team.
- Monitor content performance and improve future content using analytics.
- Ensure all content is accurate, informative, and aligned with the NayaBihar brand.
Required Skills
- Strong storytelling and communication skills (Hindi preferred; English is a plus).
- Good knowledge of Bihar's culture, current affairs, startups, tourism, and development.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels and YouTube videos.
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar tools.
- Creative thinking and ability to identify viral content opportunities.
- Confidence in speaking on camera is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in content creation or social media.
- Freshers with an excellent portfolio are welcome.
- Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related backgrounds are preferred but not mandatory.
