About the Role
Megathil is hiring for its client for the position of Senior HR Manager. We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can independently manage end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment activities, HR administration, and team management.
The ideal candidate should have strong HR Generalist experience, hands-on exposure to HRMS tools, and proven team handling capability.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Employee Management
- Manage complete HR operations and daily HR activities
- Handle employee lifecycle management from onboarding to exit formalities
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and policy implementation
- Address employee concerns, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
- Ensure smooth communication between management and employees
Recruitment & Talent Management
- Handle recruitment coordination and hiring activities
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups
- Support workforce planning and manpower management
- Work closely with department heads for hiring requirements
Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate payroll inputs and attendance management
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor regulations
- Support statutory compliance and HR audit activities
- Maintain leave management and attendance records
Team Management
- Lead and manage the HR team effectively
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance
- Guide junior HR team members on HR processes and policies
Required Skills
- Strong HR Generalist knowledge
- Experience in Recruitment, Payroll, HR Operations, and Employee Relations
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 8 to 15 years of relevant HR experience
- Minimum 5 years of team handling experience preferred
- Experience in Manufacturing / Industrial / Automotive sectors will be an added advantage
- Male or Female candidates can apply
Educational Qualification
- MBA – HR / MSW / PGDM HR / Any relevant HR qualification
Preferred Joining
Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter notice periods will be preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
