About the Role: We are hiring a Senior Executive – Logistics & Operations to manage our order-to-dispatch workflow, maintain stock accountability, and drive daily operations using modern inventory tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Manage orders from receipt to final dispatch, resolving transit issues with courier partners.
- Inventory Control: Conduct audits, monitor stock levels, and maintain 100% accuracy using inventory software (e.g., Zoho).
- Team Coordination: Work closely with warehouse staff on packing and dispatch, and coordinate with the purchase team on stock alignment.
- Daily Operations: Maintain dispatch logs and daily operational reports.
Key Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B logistics, order management, or supply chain.
- Hands-on experience with inventory management systems and tracking tools.
- Strong cross-functional coordination, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
