Job Role
As a Voice Process Executive, you will interact directly with customers and business professionals in the United States. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy speaking with people, solving problems, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Assist customers with inquiries, appointments, and service requests.
- Provide professional and friendly customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet quality and performance standards.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal English communication skills.
- Clear and neutral speaking accent.
- Confidence in handling customer conversations.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous Voice Process, Customer Support, BPO, Call Center, or Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
