About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized Assistant Director (Content & Data Management) who will be solely responsible for managing and maintaining the studio's production data and digital content library. The role involves organizing, tagging, archiving, and retrieving production assets while also supporting production activities whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibility – Content & Data Management
Own and manage the studio's entire digital content library.
Organize, tag, categorize, and archive all raw footage, photographs, audio files, project files, and production assets.
Maintain a structured file management system for quick and efficient retrieval.
Ensure all content is properly labeled, indexed, and backed up.
Maintain version control and archive completed projects.
Coordinate with editors and production teams to ensure assets are stored systematically.
Retrieve and provide archived content as required for ongoing and future projects.
Maintain production databases and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Develop and improve content management workflows for better efficiency.
Production Support (As Required)
Assist the Creative Director in production planning.
Coordinate shooting permissions and production logistics.
Support the execution of indoor and outdoor shoots.
Assist with production documentation and coordination.
Conduct research for films, documentaries, and government projects when required.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Film Production, Media, or a related field.
Experience managing large-scale content libraries will be an added advantage.
Ideal Candidate
A detail-oriented individual who enjoys creating order from large volumes of digital content. This role is best suited for someone who can take complete ownership of the studio's content repository while providing production support whenever required.
