Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Chairman & Managing Director (CMD). The ideal candidate will ensure smooth management of schedules, communication, and strategic coordination while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CMD’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-ups
- Handle executive correspondence (emails, letters, reports)
- Monitor projects and ensure timely follow-ups
- Act as a point of contact between CMD and internal/external stakeholders
- Assist in crisis communication and urgent matters
- Maintain proper documentation and records
Additional Duties
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners
- Support CMD in day-to-day administrative and strategic tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned by CMD from time to time
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as PA/Executive Assistant
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
