### Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident **Telecaller** to join our marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
### Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. * Explain products, services, offers, and promotions clearly. * Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls. * Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication. * Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information. * Handle customer questions and objections professionally. * Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions. * Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion. * Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
### Requirements * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Confident and pleasant telephone manner. * Basic knowledge of sales and marketing. * Ability to convince and engage customers. * Tamil and English communication skills preferred. * Freshers are welcome to apply.
