Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Industry Experience: 8 to 12+ years in Human Resources, with a mandatory 3+ years leading HR in consumer durables, home appliances, or electronics retail (e.g., Reliance Digital, Croma, or prominent regional electronics chains).
Education: MBA or Postgraduate Degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration.
Key Skills: Expert-level knowledge of retail HRMS platforms, cross-brand stakeholder management, and performance incentive design.
Key Job Responsibilities
OEM Brand Training & L&D: Partner with appliance manufacturers (e.g., IFB, Haier, Samsung) to coordinate continuous product knowledge workshops, tech-spec training, and soft-skills programs for floor staff.
Incentive & Commission Modeling: Design and implement competitive sales commission structures based on high-ticket consumer durable metrics, extended warranties, and festival seasonal targets.
Technical Sourcing: Lead the recruitment of skilled customer service executives, delivery personnel, and in-store product demonstrators who understand complex product specifications.
Turnover & Retention Strategies: Address the unique retail challenge of high floor-staff turnover by building career progression paths from Sales Executives to Store Managers.
Multi-Store Compliance: Overhaul and enforce compliance under regional Shop and Establishment Acts, commercial logistics, and wage guidelines across all retail outlets.
