Ojas Joshi is a singer, performer, music therapist, and founder of Music Jammin, creating engaging music content, live performance clips, music therapy videos, and community event highlights.
Responsibilities
- Edit Instagram Reels (30–90 seconds) for maximum engagement and retention.
- Create viral-style hooks within the first 3 seconds.
- Add captions, transitions, effects, B-roll, and motion graphics.
- Sync visuals with music beats and vocals.
- Create content from live performances, jam sessions, music therapy events, and cover songs.
- Design engaging thumbnails and cover images for Reels.
- Follow current Instagram and music-content trends.
- Deliver videos within agreed timelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience editing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok videos.
- Strong knowledge of CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Ability to create attention-grabbing captions and visual storytelling.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and audience retention.
- Experience in music-related content is preferred.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Bonus Skills
- Motion graphics and animation.
- Basic color grading and sound enhancement.
- Experience managing Instagram content strategy.
Deliverables
- 12–20 Reels per month.
- 24–48 hour turnaround for standard edits.
- Multiple aspect ratios if required.
- Source files and final exports.
