We have a need for a Martech specialist in Adobe platforms. This is a hands-on individual performer role based out of India with experience in executing and automating digital personalization on Web, App and Email channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Translate personalization strategies into technical implementation plans in close partnership with the Product team.
- Implement and configure user journeys, A/B tests, and campaigns , and communicate successful launches to stakeholders.
- Integrate personalization platforms with key FinTech systems such as Bloomreach (CMS), Workfront, and others.
- Develop and manage analytics dashboards to track user journeys, campaign performance, and ROI, ensuring initiatives remain on target.
- Execute end‑to‑end testing for personalized experiences and drive automation for scalability.
- Monitor system performance and availability of personalization campaigns and real‑time experiences.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data privacy standards, and internal governance requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to drive innovation and explore new personalization opportunities.
- Maintain documentation and governance frameworks for personalization rules and execution workflows.
- Provide deep expertise in FinTech analytics tools and personalization technologies , including CJA, AEP, Target, AJO, and RT/CDP.
