Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage client relationships, handle customer queries, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Generate customer engagement and retention through proactive communication.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Prepare daily and weekly follow-up reports.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, client handling, telecalling, or sales support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi and basic English communication.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
