Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily ground and logistics operations.
- Ensure the smooth movement of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Coordinate with drivers, delivery personnel, hub teams, transport teams, and other operational stakeholders.
- Monitor vehicle availability, allocation, dispatch, and movement.
- Track shipment status and ensure timely movement and delivery.
- Identify operational delays, exceptions, and issues and take necessary action for resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve transportation and shipment-related concerns.
- Support sorting, loading, unloading, scanning, and dispatch operations as required.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to operational processes and SOPs.
- Maintain daily operational reports and provide timely updates to the reporting manager.
- Monitor manpower deployment and support effective workforce coordination.
- Escalate critical operational issues and delays to the concerned supervisor or manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and safety standards.
- Maintain effective communication between hubs, transport teams, and delivery teams.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing delays
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Guindy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
