Workshop Labour Contractor – Commercial Vehicles
Job Summary:
Contractor will receive 50% of labour charges generated by the manpower deployed, subject to company policies and performance standards.
We are seeking a Labour Contractor to provide skilled and semi-skilled manpower for our commercial vehicle workshop. The contractor will be responsible for supplying technicians, mechanics, helpers, and other workshop personnel as required and ensuring manpower availability to support workshop operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled and semi-skilled labour for workshop operations.
- Ensure adequate manpower availability as per workshop requirements.
- Deploy mechanics, technicians, electricians, and helpers when required.
- Manage attendance, discipline, and productivity of deployed manpower.
- Coordinate with the Workshop Manager regarding manpower planning.
- Ensure compliance with workshop safety and operational standards.
- Maintain records of manpower deployment and labour performance.
Compensation Structure:
- Contractor will receive 50% of labour charges generated by the manpower deployed, subject to company policies and performance standards.
- Incentives may be linked to productivity, quality, and workshop targets.
Requirements:
- Experience in supplying manpower to automobile, commercial vehicle, or industrial workshops preferred.
- Strong network of mechanics, technicians, electricians, and helpers.
- Ability to provide manpower on short notice.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
