We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational activities in our IT company. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth office operations, assist staff, and maintain proper documentation while coordinating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain office files, records, and digital documents
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules
- Support IT and management teams with basic clerical tasks
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when required
- Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and presentations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office workspace
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and couriers
- Support onboarding activities for new employees
