About the Role
We are looking for a creative and systems-oriented Product Designer (UI/UX) to design intuitive, scalable, and visually engaging experiences across our web and mobile products. The role involves taking ownership of the design process from concept to final implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences, including user flows, wireframes, UI designs, and prototypes.
- Build and maintain scalable Figma design systems, components, and design tokens.
- Design responsive web applications, dashboards, and mobile applications.
- Create custom icons, illustrations, and UI assets where required.
- Prepare organized, developer-ready Figma files and collaborate with engineering teams.
- Review implemented designs and ensure consistency and quality.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, UI/UX, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Product Design / UI/UX.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables, and Prototyping.
- Strong understanding of UX, responsive design, and mobile/web design patterns.
- Strong visual design and problem-solving skills.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX and Product Design work is mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with design systems and SaaS/web products.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Experience creating custom icons and illustrations.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
