Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executives to join our sales team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, explaining project details, conducting site visits, and assisting customers throughout the property buying process. Candidates should have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage customer leads.
- Contact and follow up with prospective buyers.
- Explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist customers throughout the booking and documentation process.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build customer relationships.
- Strong sales and convincing abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate.
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, or Customer Relationship roles.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
