Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
* Explain company services and answer customer queries.
* Generate leads and schedule appointments.
* Follow up with prospective customers.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
* Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
* Coordinate with the sales team when required.
* Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
* Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree.
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
* Good communication skills in Malayalam (English and Hindi are an added advantage).
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Strong communication and convincing skills.
