Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Create content calendars and ensure timely posting.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with the creative team for graphics, videos, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor page performance and audience engagement.
- Identify trending topics and incorporate them into content strategies.
- Support online marketing campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Analyze content performance and recommend improvements based on insights.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Required Skills
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Creative thinking with an eye for design and current social media trends.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
