We are hiring for the position of Retail Outlet Manager for our outlet located in Shela, Ahmedabad.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day outlet operations smoothly
- Handle staff management and attendance monitoring
- Coordinate salary calculations and employee records
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally
- Maintain outlet discipline, hygiene, and operational standards
- Support sales growth and team performance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or outlet management preferred
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle team coordination and customer interactions
- Basic knowledge of attendance and salary handling
