Key Responsibilities
* Research and report on real estate market trends and developments.
* Conduct interviews with developers, industry experts, and stakeholders.
* Write news articles, feature stories, market reports, and opinion pieces.
* Cover property launches, industry events, and real estate announcements.
* Verify facts and ensure accuracy of published content.
* Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to create engaging digital content.
* Stay updated on government policies, RERA regulations, and market movements.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in journalism, reporting, or content writing.
* Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
* Strong research and interviewing abilities.
* Knowledge of the real estate industry.
* Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
