This recruitment is for leadership positions across our network of CBSE schools in Karnataka. We are looking for educators who can inspire excellence, lead high-performing teams, and create an enriching learning environment for students.
Please Note: The selected candidate may be posted at any of our CBSE schools across Karnataka based on organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall academic, administrative, and operational leadership to the school.
- Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum and compliance with all CBSE regulations.
- Drive academic excellence and continuously improve student learning outcomes.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Build a positive school culture that promotes student well-being, discipline, and holistic development.
- Strengthen relationships with parents, the local community, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee admissions, budgeting, school operations, and statutory compliance.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve organizational goals and school growth.
Eligibility
- Master's Degree with B.Ed. (Mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, Academic Head, or in a similar leadership role in a CBSE school.
- Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum, academic planning, and school administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Proficiency in English and computer applications.
- Willingness to relocate anywhere within Karnataka, if required.
