Key Responsibilities
Requirement Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients.
- Understand customer pain points and business processes.
- Analyze existing systems and identify improvement opportunities.
Documentation
Prepare and maintain:
- BRD (Business Requirement Document)
- FRD (Functional Requirement Document)
- User Stories
- Acceptance Criteria
- Process Flow Diagrams
- User Journey Maps
- Functional Specifications
Project Coordination
- Collaborate with CRM, Project Managers, Developers, QA, and UI/UX teams.
- Explain requirements to developers and QA teams.
- Clarify business logic and workflows.
- Participate in project discussions and sprint planning.
Functional Validation
- Verify implemented features against requirements.
- Ensure business logic is correctly implemented.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Change Management
- Analyze change requests.
- Assess business impacts.
- Update documentation accordingly.
- Communicate changes to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement clarification meetings.
- Resolve requirement ambiguities.

- B.Tech / B.E.
- BCA

- Any Bachelor's degree with relevant experience
