The Sales & Endorsement Manager will be responsible for driving revenue through strategic celebrity partnerships, brand endorsements, and talent collaborations. This role involves identifying opportunities, building relationships with celebrities and their representatives, and executing high-impact campaigns, executing the arrangements.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in celebrity management, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or media sales
- Strong network within the entertainment and talent ecosystem
- Proven track record in sales, negotiations, and deal closures
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects under tight deadlines
Preferred Attributes:
- Strong understanding of brand building and storytelling
- Experience working with agencies, production houses, or talent management firms
- High level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with celebrities
- Creative thinking with a commercial mindset
