Job Details:
- Position: Agronomist
- Location: Nalanda, Bihar
- Experience: 3–4 years in agronomy, soil health, fertilizers, biofertilizers, or organic agriculture
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture, preferably with specialization in Agronomy or Soil Science.
- Experience in conducting field trials and farmer demonstrations.
- Knowledge of nutrient management, organic fertilizers, biofertilizers, and crop advisory.
- Strong communication skills to train farmers, distributors, and retailers.
- Ability to travel within the region for field activities.
