ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is the bridge between our products and the people using them in the real world. Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, you will be the trusted point of contact for field teams across multiple projects — ensuring every Neodocs tool is used correctly and to its full clinical potential. You will train teams, solve their on-the-ground problems in real time, and channel their feedback straight into our product roadmap. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide field teams across different projects in the correct, effective use of Neodocs tools and products.
- Train teams on product usage, testing protocols, and best practices for consistent quality across deployments.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise on the ground, providing fast, clear resolution to keep teams operational.
- Collect structured feedback on product performance, usability, and clinical relevance.
- Translate field insights into action by discussing them with the Partnerships and Tech teams to drive continuous product improvement.
- Serve as the medical and clinical reference point for field teams, answering product and health questions accurately.
- Communicate with diverse users across regions and languages, and document common issues and training materials to scale enablement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
