About the Company
SNDF Security Services is a Government-recognized, PSARA Licensed Security Agency providing professional security solutions across Maharashtra. We are looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Meet prospective clients and present the company's security services.
- Conduct field visits and develop strong client relationships.
- Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and service proposals.
- Prepare quotations, presentations, and business proposals.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at meetings, corporate events, and networking activities.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Marketing or Sales.
- Experience in Security Services, Facility Management, Manpower Services, or B2B Sales will be preferred.
- Strong client handling and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Valid two-wheeler and willingness to travel for field visits.

Salary
