Job Summary
Sri Narayani Hospital & Research Centre is seeking compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Staff Nurses to provide exceptional patient care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient safety. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with doctors and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality treatment and positive patient outcomes.
Experience
1 to 4 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care.
- Assess, monitor, and document patients' health conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
- Ensure infection prevention and control protocols are followed.
- Prepare and maintain medical equipment and nursing supplies.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide basic life support when required.
- Coordinate with consultants, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments for seamless patient care.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, training programs, and hospital accreditation standards.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Certification in BLS/ACLS will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
