Graphic Designer & Video Production Specialist
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Position Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Production Specialist who can develop compelling visual content across digital, social, and print platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong graphic design expertise, video editing capabilities, social media content creation skills, and practical knowledge of print production processes.
Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesVisual Design
- Develop attractive visual assets for online and offline marketing initiatives, including social media creatives, website graphics, flyers, catalogs, and promotional materials.
- Design brand-related elements such as logos, digital advertisements, illustrations, marketing banners, and other creative assets.
- Partner with the marketing department to establish and maintain a unified brand appearance across all communication channels.
- Monitor emerging creative trends and integrate relevant concepts into ongoing projects.
- Ensure every creative deliverable aligns with company branding guidelines and quality expectations.
Video Production & Editing
- Transform raw footage into polished and engaging video content suitable for multiple digital platforms.
- Utilize professional editing applications such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects to produce high-quality video projects.
- Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, transitions, titles, and animations to improve viewer engagement.
- Adapt and optimize videos for distribution across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other online platforms.
- Coordinate with content creators and marketing teams to craft impactful visual narratives.
Instagram Reels & Short-Form Content
- Produce and edit short-duration videos specifically designed for Instagram Reels and similar short-form platforms.
- Apply trending audio, creative editing techniques, and platform-specific formats to maximize audience interaction.
- Keep track of current social media trends, platform updates, and engagement strategies to improve content performance and reach.
Print Media Expertise
- Prepare artwork files for commercial printing while ensuring compliance with technical printing specifications.
- Select suitable color modes, dimensions, and image resolutions for professional-quality printed outputs.
- Liaise with printing partners and production vendors to maintain accuracy and quality throughout the printing process.
- Stay informed about advancements in printing technologies and industry best practices.

Candidate RequirementsEducational Qualification
- Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
Professional Experience
- Overall industry experience of at least 3 years preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in video production preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in graphic design principles and creative software tools.
- Excellent knowledge of video editing and motion graphics applications.
- Understanding of social media content formats and digital marketing requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Language Skills
- English communication skills preferred.
Travel & Relocation Requirement
Applicants should be able to commute to Noida, Uttar Pradesh on a regular basis or be willing to relocate before joining the organization.
