Qualification:
- B.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory)
- Valid Nursing Council Registration
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an industrial/occupational health environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees.
- Conduct outpatient consultations and maintain medical records.
- Manage medicine inventory and first-aid stock.
- Assist in employee health surveillance and annual health check-ups.
- Maintain Occupational Health Centre (OHC) records and documentation.
- Ensure ambulance readiness and emergency response preparedness.
- Support compliance with occupational health, safety, and ISO 45001:2018 requirements.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of occupational health and industrial nursing practices.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle workplace medical emergencies.
- Proficiency in health assessment, BP monitoring, and blood sugar testing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
