Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inspections on electric buses to ensure safety, including checking high-voltage components, battery health, and mechanical parts.
- Assist in plugging/unplugging buses, monitoring charging sessions, and conducting routine maintenance of DC charging stations.
- Assist senior technicians in removing and fitting electrical components, battery packs, motors, and cooling systems.
- Assist in diagnosing electrical/mechanical faults using diagnostic tools and software.
- Perform general workshop duties including cleaning, organizing tools, and maintaining service records.
- Strictly adhere to high-voltage safety protocols, including the use of insulated tools and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Required Skills & Competencies
· EV Technology Knowledge of EV-specific components (batteries, electric motors, controllers).
· Mechanical/Electrical Aptitude Ability to work with wiring harnesses, braking systems, and suspension.
· Technical Troubleshooting Basic skill in using multimeters, diagnostic tools, and software to fix issues.
· Teamwork Ability to work under a lead technician or manager to reduce vehicle downtime.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
