Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead and manage the overall operations of our sublimation paper manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination across all departments, including Production, Maintenance, Electrical, Dispatch, Stores, Quality, HR, and Purchase, while driving productivity, quality, safety, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the overall operations of the manufacturing plant.
- Coordinate and manage Production, Maintenance, Electrical, Dispatch, Stores, Quality, HR, Purchase, and Utility departments.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards and minimizing downtime.
- Monitor machine performance, preventive maintenance, and plant efficiency.
- Review daily production, dispatch, and maintenance reports and implement corrective actions.
- Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and operational costs.
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods and availability of raw materials.
- Implement SOPs, 5S, safety standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and plant staff.
- Prepare MIS reports and present plant performance to management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related field).
- 8–15 years of experience in a manufacturing plant, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, maintenance, quality, and plant administration.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: As per experience and company standards.
Job Location: Palsana, Surat, Gujarat.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
