Job Title: Bakery Admin
Location: Bhavani
Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Bakery Admin to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the bakery. The ideal candidate will coordinate with production, sales, accounts, and suppliers while ensuring smooth workflow, accurate documentation, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations of the bakery.
- Maintain stock and inventory records.
- Coordinate with production and sales departments.
- Handle purchase orders and supplier follow-ups.
- Prepare daily sales, stock, and production reports.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing.
- Support management in daily operational activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of Admin experience.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
