Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative activities, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in an office environment and possess good communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle office administration and daily operational tasks.
- Maintain and organize official documents, files, and records.
- Prepare, update, and manage reports, letters, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Arrange tea, coffee, and refreshments for guests and meetings when required.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier management.
- Ensure office cleanliness and smooth functioning of administrative activities.
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Administration or Office Executive role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Good documentation and filing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized, responsible, and presentable.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
